Almond Butter & Raspberry Chia Parfait Recipe

We're all about dessert for breakfast! This recipe packs an immune-boosting punch with the cinnamon, chia, raspberries, and oats while giving you that feeling of eating a decadent dessert for breakfast! Guilt free eating is the BEST!! 


  • - 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • - 1 1/2 cup sweetened oat milk
  • - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • - 1/8 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 cup almond butter
  • - 3 strips of Prime Roots bacon

Raspberry jam

  • - raspberries - 2 cups
  • - lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • - maple syrup - 2 tbsp
  • - arrowroot powder



1. Combine oats, chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in small mason jars. Set in fridge overnight.

2. Over medium-high heat, whisk together raspberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk 2 tbsp cold water and 1 tsp arrowroot powder. Pour into raspberry mixture and set aside to let cool. Skip this step if using store-bought jam.

3. Prepare bacon according to package instructions (Over medium-low heat, pour 1-2 tbsp of refined coconut oil in a pan. fry 3 strips of bacon, flipping every 1 minute. For chewy bacon, fry for 5-8 minutes. For crispy bacon, fry for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to let cool. Mince into bite-sized pieces.

4. Assemble and layer oat milk pudding, raspberry jam, almond butter, and bacon bits.
