This BLTA salad is one of our faaavorite salads with Prime Roots smoky, delicious plant based bacon! This one is packed with flavors and textures that make salad eating just feel good, from the inside out. Plus, it's super easy to make. Gotta keep that immune system up with all them greeeeens! Another plant-based recipe for the win!

INGREDIENTS

  • - 1 large bunch of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • - small bunch of frisee or choice of greens, chopped
  • - 4 oz Prime Roots Bacon, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • - 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • - 1 avocado, sliced
  • - 1 tbsp vegan ranch
  • - croutons
  • - 1 tbsp refined coconut oil


INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large skillet lightly greased with coconut oil over medium-low heat, fry strips of Prime Roots bacon. Turn every minute or so until crisp and brown.

2. Assemble salad with Prime Roots bacon, romaine lettuce, frisee, cherry tomatoes, avocados, and croutons. Drizzle with vegan ranch.
