  • These bacon weave burgers are great for a gluten-free brunch when you're looking for something hearty and savory! 🥓 🍳
  • Made with just 5 ingredients and ready in 15 minutes, this is a super easy plant-based brunch idea when you're rather spend more time "brunching" than actually cooking.


  • - 6 strips of Prime Roots Plant-Based Hickory Bacon, cut in half
  • - 4 slices of plant-based cheese
  • - 1/2 cup of JUST Egg, scrambled
  • - 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • - 1/2 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted
  • - optional: hot sauce


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer bacon strips on top of each other, and cut in half. Lay out 3 strips flat, while weaving 3 other strips in a cross-hatch format.

2. Drizzle melted and refined coconut oil over bacon weave patties. Add slices of cheese. Place in oven for 10 minutes. If needed, broil for 2-3 minutes to further melt cheese. Remove from oven.

3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, fry JUST Egg and stir frequently into a scramble. Scoop dollops of scramble onto bacon weaves.

4. Add sliced avocado and hot sauce (optional) if desired. Serve immediately.
