Plant-Based Black Pepper Bacon Egg Benedicts

Made with Prime Roots Plant-Based Black Pepper Bacon, this bacon egg benedict is a super easy breakfast recipe for those lazy Sunday mornings!



Hollandaise sauce:

  • - 1/4 cup plant-based mayonnaise
  • - 2-3 tbsp oat milk
  • - 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • - 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • - 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • - salt to taste (optional: black namak salt)



1. In a medium bowl, whisk together plant-based mayonnaise, oat milk, dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, ground turmeric, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

2. In a skillet over medium-low heat, heat refined coconut oil. Add Prime Roots Plant-Based Black Pepper Bacon and flip every minute until desired crispness (about 7-10 minutes). Set aside into a bowl.

3. In a skillet over medium heat, fry JUST egg and stir frequently into a scramble for about 5 minutes.

4. Layer toasted English muffin slices with Prime Roots Bacon and JUST Egg. Drizzle hollandaise sauce and add freshly chopped dill. Serve immediately.
