Here's some vegan bacon s'mores you can make right over your stovetop flame or around your back yard campfire (minus the coconut oil)!
1. Put 2 marshmallows on a metal skewer (or a bamboo skewer soaked in water for at least 30 minutes) and hover over your stovetop grill on medium-high heat. Keep twirling to get all sides evenly caramelized.
2. In a large skillet lightly greased with refined coconut oil over medium-low heat, fry both pieces of bacon. Flip every minute or so until crisp and brown. Let cool and break into pieces.
3. Assemble s'mores by laying chocolate, marshmallow, and bacon. Serve immediately.
