Microwave: Remove tray sleeve. Peel off plastic film. Pour sauce from cup into meat and mix the contents. Place the tray in the microwave. Heat on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.

We have tried several items so far and all have been very good although, this is my husband's favorite and he's not vegetarian/ vegan. There's hope for him yet
