Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2–3 slices Prime Roots Koji Ham
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce
  • ⅓ cup pineapple
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp soy milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F 
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 equal rectangles
  3. In the center of each piece, add:
  4. Fold the pastry over to form a pocket
    Press edges together with a fork to seal.
  5. Brush each pocket with the plant-based egg wash and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
