Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice (warm)

  • 1 sheets nori, cut into strips (about 2–3 inches wide)

Instructions

  • Using a musubi mold (or your hands), press about ½ cup of rice into a firm rectangle.
  • Fold and layer two slices of Prime Roots ham over the rice. Glaze with hoisin sauce.
  • Wrap with a strip of nori, sealing the ends with a dab of water if needed.
