Ingredients

  • 1 large burrito-size flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2-3 slices Prime Roots Koji Ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 thin slices of tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pickles
  • ¼ cup vegan shredded cheese
  • 1 handful nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Prep the tortilla → Warm your tortilla slightly so it’s flexible.
  2. Layer → Spread mustard and mayo in the center. Add ham, lettuce, tomatoes, chips for crunch, shredded cheese, and pickles on top.
  3. Fold → Fold the tortilla around the filling into a hexagon-style wrap (folding edges toward the center).
  4. Toast → Heat a skillet over medium heat with a touch of oil. Toast the wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes until golden, then flip and toast the other side.
  5. Serve → Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
