You can earn points by:

• Join the Crew (+5 points)
• Follow us on social platforms (+5 points each)
o Follow on X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
o Like on Facebook
• Submit an original recipe with photo using Prime Roots products (+10 points)

Log in to your account and click on the rewards widget (usually found on the bottom corner of the screen). You’ll see your current points balance and available rewards.

Once you’ve collected enough points, go to your rewards dashboard and choose a reward and check them out.

Referral points are only awarded when your friend completes their first purchase using your referral link. If they didn’t use the link or didn’t finish the purchase, points won’t be credited.

No, only one reward can be used per order.
