Salami is easily one of my favorite foods. I’ve missed it so much! This tastes so good and just like soft salami (still waiting for that vegan hard salami alternative). I’m so happy it’s gluten free too.

Tasty treat
Sliced it looks like Hungarian paprika salami, the mouth feel is that of Mortadella, it is well seasoned, spicy, mouthwatering, and tasty. I'd wouldn't hesitate to put it on a charcuterie plate.
